Meet Your Meditation Guide

Hi, I’m Ally—and I’ll be your guide on this 30-day series 💛 I’ve worked in the wellness space for over a decade as a yoga & meditation teacher, as well as an Intimacy & Wellness Coach. But more importantly, I’m someone who deeply understands how hard it can be to slow down in a world that constantly tells us to do more, be more, and fix ourselves.
